Offer description

Your mission

 

Reporting to the Project Manager and the Operations Department, we are seeking a warehouse management system specialist who will ensure the system runs smoothly, support the operational teams, and help optimize logistics processes.


Your responsibilities will include the following:


WMS Operational Support:

- You provide day-to-day user support,

- You diagnose and resolve WMS-related issues,

- You handle discrepancies (inventory discrepancies, system freezes, etc.),

- You will assist field teams in using the tool.

 

Administration and configuration:

- You configure the WMS (storage locations, workflows, management rules),

- You update the data (products, customers, databases),

- You manage user permissions and access,

- You will manage the interfaces with the ERP and other systems.

 

Continuous improvement :

- You analyze existing logistics processes,

- You identify malfunctions,

- You propose optimization measures,

- You help improve operational productivity and reliability.

 

Projects & Deployment:

- You will participate in WMS deployment projects,

- You perform functional tests,

- You will draft procedures and user guides,

- You train users.

 

Monitoring & reporting:

- You will monitor incidents,

- You analyze key performance indicators (KPIs),

- You produce regular reports.

Your assets

 

Your profile:

- A college degree (2–5 years of higher education) in logistics, supply chain management, computer science, or a related field,

- Experience in a logistics environment, ideally in warehouse operations,

- Experience with a WMS (Reflex, SAP EWM, Manhattan, etc.) is preferred, or a strong interest in business software tools,

- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including an understanding of workflows and operational challenges,

- Analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in an operational setting,

- Proficiency with computer tools and the ability to adapt to different systems,

- Ability to support and train users, with strong teaching skills,

- A commitment to service and hands-on experience, with a desire to be closely involved in day-to-day operations,

- Responsiveness, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills,
