Job offer Maitre d'hôtel F/H CDI Monaco

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will act as a true ambassador to residents and visitors to the site. In particular, you will be in charge of our services in the Customer Centre rooms.

Your main tasks will be to :

- Guarantee top-of-the-range, personalized hospitality services
- Organize and run events: business meetings, breakfast, lunch (meal trays, plate service or cocktails)
- Set up meeting rooms
- Accompany visitors
- Manage various catering/supplier orders - catering and beverages
- Produce a daily consumption report
- Know our customers' habits and anticipate their guests' requests
- Make rounds of our (office) floors to check home kitchen services (coffee, tea, milk : for restocking)
- Ensure that the floor is always clean, tidy and organized.

Knowledge required:

- Significant experience in luxury catering
- Ability to serve, serve, suggest, anticipate and resolve difficulties...
- Good command of written and spoken French and English
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to interact with other professions : IT, reception, technical services (air-conditioning/cleaning), security
- Responsiveness and anticipation
- Impeccable presentation
- Good command of office automation tools (Canva, Pack office, Teams...)
- Good customer and supplier relations
- Autonomy, versatility and great attention to detail
- HACCP training would be a plus.

Your assets

With a background in catering/hospitality, you have significant experience in a similar position. You have a good level of English and are familiar with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP). You have excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of service. You are dynamic, a good listener and always pay attention to detail when dealing with your customers. You are also recognized for your rigor and organizational skills.
