Onet Services Propreté is recruiting for the 71 and 21 (partially) sectors, a Multisite Team Leader (M/F).
Job description:
In accordance with the rules and procedures in force within the Company, this role involves assisting the Customer Manager in managing a customer portfolio by ensuring the quality of commercial commitments, while guaranteeing the monitoring and delivery of services.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Organize cleaning services, ensuring the quality of execution and the profitability of the contract
- Lead the teams: replacements, monitoring, check-ins, recruitment, integration, training
- Be the primary point of contact for the customer on a daily basis
- Quickly resolve or escalate requests and/or complaints made by the customer
- Coordinate and implement actions to improve work organization
- Collect all information useful for customer satisfaction and market expansion
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and rules
Know-how:
- Identify and report to management on improvement solutions to be implemented on a site
- Participate in the recruitment of operational staff for replacements
- Communicate useful information to teams to ensure the proper execution of services using appropriate means
- Organize your schedule according to priorities and objectives
- Report all field requests (customers/employees) to management
- Ensure a positive social climate
- Conduct and formalize professional interviews.
Knowledge:
- Master cleaning techniques
- Have a thorough understanding of the specific context of each site entrusted to you
- Participate in the calculation of commercial estimates and the increase in turnover by identifying additional sales
- Apply and enforce rules relating to hygiene, quality, safety, and respect for the environment
- Master the use of Windows Office, applications, software, and internal ERP systems.
Profile description:
Ideally, you will have a Bac Pro HPE or CQP Site Manager (Cleaning Branch) qualification and experience in a similar position. You are proficient in IT tools (Word, Excel, etc.). With excellent interpersonal skills and a rigorous approach, you are a good manager, independent, proactive, organized, dynamic, and make customer satisfaction your priority.
Immediate availability
Days worked : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (occasionally Saturday depending on operational requirements)
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar position in the cleaning sector.
You are recognized for your organizational skills, autonomy and ability to listen.
