Your mission

Our Onet Cleaning and Associated Services agency in Vannes is looking for a :

Part-time Site Manager F/H

WHAT CAN WE ACHIEVE TOGETHER?

Reporting to your Manager, your main tasks are as follows:

Manage your site's service agents and set an example.

Ensure that service agents are trained, empowered and able to carry out cleaning tasks.

Listening to staff to anticipate malfunctions and find solutions.

Ensure the technical and administrative management of your site.

Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions and operating methods are followed, and that PPE is used.

Welcoming new recruits.

Carry out work in accordance with your manager's instructions, and monitor progress and completion.

Check compliance with specifications.

Check that waste is properly sorted and disposed of.

Maintain a permanent customer interface and answer customer questions.

Manage product and material inventories and distribution.
