Reporting to the Agency QSE Manager, the CAQSE's mission is to manage the quality, safety and environment system to guarantee the expected level of performance (safety, quality, deadlines).

He plays an active role in the Agency's Operational Excellence approach.

Learning phase :

- Integration into different positions

- Learning the specifics of the job

- Apprenticeship on railway rolling stock

Customer relations :

- Is in daily contact with management and SNCF contacts (SNCF inspectors, SNCF inspector team leaders, DPX propreté).

Quality / Safety Environment :

- Steers and monitors the action plan for its perimeter

- Produce shift control plans,

- Carries out cross-checks and internal controls,

- Trains and supports teams in the implementation of methods

- Leads team meetings (quality, safety, environment, etc.).

- Ensures and carries out the various regulatory and compulsory follow-ups (DUER, safety inspections, etc.).

- Leads safety initiatives and analyzes near-misses and accidents

- Ensures good working conditions and carries out safety/environmental audits

- Declines the security policies of the group and the region

Method / Operational excellence

- Design and optimize workstations and methods using participatory methods

- Improves working conditions and team safety

- Contributes to and applies the company's CSR rules

Steering and reporting :

- Consolidates the various QSE indicators

- Analyzes the various indicators and results to propose and manage an implementation plan

Your assets

Trained in QSE or equivalent, you have 1st experience or a significant internship.

People in the field who want to develop their QSE and managerial skills.

Required qualities: didactic, diplomatic, methodical and proactive.

A hands-on person, you are recognized for your rigor, meticulousness and autonomy, with an eye for detail and perfection.
