Based at the Onet Security ORLEANS agency (Saint Jean De La Ruelle), you will be in charge of planning for the Orleans agency and the Onet Security ROUEN agency.
PLANNING MANAGEMENTN:
o Generate schedules using IT tools;
o Dispatch resources to the positions required for operations;
o Analyze the need for additional resources to fill staffing gaps;
o Update the computerized time and attendance system;
o Manage schedule adaptations due to operational contingencies.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:
o Collect information on resources and operating constraints from different categories of contacts;
o Analyze and process information;
o Update planning databases;
o Disseminate information to relevant contacts;
o Handle malfunctions and propose corrective actions;
o Update the training register;
o Comply with and ensure compliance with the rules, methods and procedures (internal to the Group, legal and regulatory, management, etc.) applicable to the performance of its mission.
You have 2 years' initial experience in a planning environment.
Rigorous and organized, you can work both independently and as part of a team. You have good computer skills (Pack Office).
Knowledge of BM software would be a plus.
