As part of the development of our activities, we are recruiting a :
Bids manager F/H
Reporting to the Director of Operations, your responsibilities will include :
A true conductor:
-You analyze calls for tender with the sales department and take part in the Go/NoGo process in line with the Operations Division's development strategy.
-You draw up and monitor tender response budgets.
-You will manage the costing of bids for our activities (New Build, assembler and dismantling).
-You centralize resource needs and liaise with the Technical Department to meet customer requirements.
-You organize and structure the construction of bids up to their submission, and take part in discussion and negotiation meetings with customers up to the order stage.
-You capitalize on feedback to optimize technical and sales proposals.
Trained as a mechanical engineer or generalist, you have over 10 years' proven experience in costing and project management acquired in a demanding environment.
You are comfortable managing teams and steering projects.
