For one of our customers in the rail sector, we are looking for a daytime site manager.
Your missions are to :
-
He is responsible for :
- agent and team planning
- HR points/payments
- protect your team,
- apply Quality, Safety and Environmental provisions,
- inform/train workers, welcome new employees
- comply with intervention protocols and operating procedures,
- check that equipment is in good condition at the start of each shift,
- distribute materials and products,
- organize and assign individual tasks,
- monitor equipment,
- ensuring the cleanliness of work sites and premises provided by the SNCF,
- ensuring the traceability of operations in the absence of the foreman,
- passing on any anomalies and/or malfunctions observed on the equipment and fittings of trains and also on site installations, in the absence of the supervisor,
- carrying out self-checks on product quality, and carrying out or having carried out any necessary alterations,
- taking part in cross-checks.

If you're motivated and hard-working, you're already well qualified for this position. Your discretion will also be highly appreciated.
A hands-on person, you are known for your thoroughness, meticulousness and autonomy, with an eye for detail and perfection. You also have the managerial skills to manage a team of 30 night staff.
You are well-presented, able to organize yourself, keep to positions given by your superiors and be accountable. You have a sense of responsibility and customer service.
- Ideally, you have completed training in cleaning and management.
- First experience in a similar position is welcome, but all profiles are considered.
