Job Opening: Assistant Night Manager (M/F), Permanent Position, Indre-et-Loire (37)

Ensure the operational management of the site during the night shift.
Manage and support operational teams to ensure safety, quality, and performance in line with customer expectations.
Organize human resources based on business volume and priorities.
Track KPIs and implement improvement measures.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and serve as the client’s operational point of contact.
Manage contingencies and make the decisions necessary to ensure business continuity.
Participate in the economic management and financial oversight of the site.
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and process optimization.
Identify problems, analyze their causes, and implement action plans.
Ensure the flow of information between teams.

Your assets

Profile required:

Holds a master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence
Proven experience in operational management, ideally in logistics or transportation.
Experience in managing a business unit.
Experience in customer relationship management would be a plus.
