The role encompasses various tasks and requires versatility, both in terms of HR and finance.
You will be responsible for training (from contacting training organizations to closing files), monitoring legal obligations for each establishment in the region as part of the six-year reviews, and monitoring foreign workers. You will work closely with HR managers in the region on specific issues (recruitment, disciplinary procedures, etc.).
At the same time, you will be responsible for monitoring telephone services (approximately 600 lines), paying regional management supplier invoices, and participating in the half-yearly accounting close (audit). To do this, you will work closely with the regional finance manager.
The duties described above are not set in stone and may change over time. At least two years of experience is required for the position, as well as a solid foundation in human resources and finance.
