Job offer Facility Management Contract Manager F/H CDI Monaco

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating and supervising interventions and services (multi-service and multi-technical) at our customer's various sites within a defined geographical area.

You will ensure that quality, safety and environmental standards are properly applied, as well as operational imperatives, with the aim of satisfying our customer.

Your main tasks are :

- Plan, implement and manage the full range of contract services in line with SLA requirements;
- Ensure that service levels are maintained and that contract objectives (KPIs) are met;
- Ensure and manage customer relations by promoting areas for improvement, optimization and contract development;
- Support and manage direct operational teams and subcontractor relations on the various sites;
- Carry out financial monitoring of your perimeter;
- Implement and lead the environmental and corporate citizenship policy Ensure that our H&S policy is properly applied.

Your assets

With a higher education background, you have significant experience as a Facility Mamangement Site Manager (multiservices and also multi-technical if possible in a multi-site environment). Technical expertise is a must.

With excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of customer satisfaction, you are driven by a strong culture of operational excellence;
Being close to the field, we also recognize your rigor, responsiveness and managerial skills;

You are fluent in written and spoken French and English to work in a matrix and international organization.
