Offer description

Your mission

As part of its efforts to strengthen its Marketing and Communications Department, Onet is hiring a Visual Identity and Graphic Design Manager (M/F).

Based at the corporate headquarters in Marseille (9th arrondissement), you are responsible for the group’s visual identity and brand consistency. At the intersection of art direction, branding, and design, you oversee Onet’s visual expression across all its media and support the teams in promoting the brand. This role combines vision and execution: you are just as capable of building a brand system and leading an agency as you are of taking an idea, a brief, or a business challenge and using it to develop a concept, a tagline, and a strong visual identity on your own. You help shape the group’s image by balancing creativity, high standards, and an understanding of business and operational challenges.

As such, your main tasks are as follows:

Artistic Direction and Branding:

  • To promote a modern, creative vision that sets us apart and is consistent with Onet’s ambitions across all its markets.
  • Define and evolve the brand's visual identity.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all communications in France and internationally.
  • Manage media campaigns and productions in coordination with the various stakeholders.
  • Actively monitor trends in design, digital, and branding.

Brand Governance:

  • Serve as the point of contact for the group's visual identity guidelines.
  • Structure and refine the guidelines and best practices.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of high-stakes projects.
  • Support subsidiaries and operational departments in implementing the brand identity.
  • Brand architecture: designing visual systems that enable the brand to be applied across multiple environments (brand identities, offerings, digital applications, events, partnerships, white-label or co-branded initiatives, etc.).

Production and Creative Direction:

  • Creative conceptualization: the ability to take a brief, a business idea, or a message—which may still be vague—and transform it into a strong creative concept, a visual identity, and a campaign.
  • Design and implement the visual identity for strategic projects and various creative materials.
  • Know how to effectively integrate text and images: headlines, taglines, message hierarchy, and visual expression.
  • Support, supervise, and manage internal and external resources, and develop KPIs for monitoring.
Your assets

You have a college degree in graphic design or visual communication and at least 10 years of experience in similar roles, either at an agency and/or within large corporations. Experience in multi-brand and international environments is required.

You have solid expertise in brand identity, creative design, and corporate/B2B branding. You also have an excellent visual sensibility and are proficient in both print and digital media.

You have a thorough command of the main graphic design tools and are capable of independently producing high-stakes concepts and materials. You use generative AI and creative tools as powerful drivers of design and production, while ensuring brand consistency and the quality of the final products. You also know how to put ideas into words: crafting a tagline, a message, or a concept, and ensuring they align with the visual expression.

You also have excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and know how to transform complex content into a clear and impactful visual presentation. Motion design skills would be a plus.

You are capable of designing structured and sustainable visual systems while managing multiple projects, ensuring that priorities, deadlines, and objectives are met. Creative, curious, and pragmatic, you are recognized for your leadership, your team spirit, and your ability to balance creative standards with operational realities in a demanding corporate environment.
