Job Opening: Sustainable Real Estate Project Manager (M/F)

We support real estate professionals in addressing their environmental challenges, guided by a strong conviction: to work toward a real estate sector that serves living things.

Your mission:

As a project manager, you will lead project teams and work directly with your clients.

Depending on your background and interests, you may be responsible for one or more team members.

You will work on a variety of projects:

Manage certification processes for operational buildings (HQE Exploitation, BREEAM In-Use)

Lead wealth management and energy management consulting initiatives for real estate portfolios

Oversee technical and environmental studies: energy audits, building management system audits, ESG assessments, and climate risk assessments

Help foster, within the organization, a culture of knowledge and forward-thinking (strategic and regulatory monitoring, technological innovations, international expansion, etc.)

Take on other assignments that match your interests and skills; because with us, everyone shapes their own role!

Your assets

Your profile:

You enjoy overseeing operational certifications, training junior staff, and developing a client portfolio.

Ideally, you should have:

at least 3 years of experience in an engineering firm, consulting firm, or environmental project management firm

a thorough understanding of operational certifications (HQE Sustainable Building - Operations and BREEAM In-Use) and the challenges of energy and environmental efficiency in buildings

a solid understanding of building technology and the regulatory framework governing energy performance

the freedom to carry out and monitor your projects on your own

you have strong convictions and identify with our values

If you are a BREEAM In-Use auditor and/or an HQE Sustainable Building Consultant, that’s a plus!
