As an area manager (foreman), you play a key role: you help ensure the satisfaction of clients in your portfolio (Clermont-Ferrand and the surrounding area) by managing the teams that work at their sites. To do this, you work closely with the operations manager and the branch manager.

As part of your managerial role, you will be responsible for the organization and management of the sites in your geographical area of responsibility, both in terms of the staff who provide services to customers (recruitment, setting up, training), and in terms of the equipment and products required (orders and deliveries).

You are responsible for ensuring that your employees comply with health and safety procedures and guidelines. You ensure compliance with the specifications related to the services expected by your clients. You will regularly be required to inspect completed work, conduct site reviews, and lead meetings with your clients, as you will serve as their primary point of contact.

You will be provided with a company vehicle to perform your duties, as well as a fixed salary paid over 13 months (2,400 euros gross per month) and an annual bonus.
