You oversee the operational implementation of your scope of responsibility. As a field manager, you are the interface between the teams and the client.

Under the responsibility of the operations manager and branch director, you will ensure the organization, sustainability, and profitability of the site entrusted to you.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for :

* Operation

- Overseeing the organization: staff, work schedules, services, equipment, products.
- Managing operational planning based on workflows
- Ensuring the proper management of equipment
- Checking compliance with specifications
- Providing reporting to the client

* Business development

- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain daily contact with customers
- Propose additional and exceptional work
- Prepare estimates

* HR management, management, and QSE

- Select and recruit staff
- Forward requests for contracts, amendments, bonuses, overtime, and invoicing to the administrative department
- Draw up schedules and timesheets
- Ensure that staff are trained, qualified, and capable of performing the work, and that Q.S.E. procedures and operating methods are properly followed
