Job offer: Site Manager M/F Permanent contract Ain (01)

Reporting to the Multi-Site Director, we are looking for a Site Manager for our on-site loading and unloading logistics operations for one of our clients in the electrical equipment distribution sector.

Your missions will be as follows:

Site management and oversight:

- You manage and oversee the site: team sizing (recruitment, etc.),

- You carry out weekly checks and send them to the regional agency based in Chassieu.

- You work with your agency to manage contracts, amendments, bonuses, and overtime, providing the necessary information to the administrative departments for payroll and billing.

- You monitor the site's KPIs to ensure effective management and take corrective action if necessary.

- Ensure that key performance indicators are met and improve customer service,

- You will participate in continuous improvement and operational performance projects led by the Operational Performance Manager.

Management / Operations :

- You manage a team of around 30 employees,

- You are on the ground to ensure that logistics operations run on time and in accordance with the quality and cost requirements set.

- You optimize team organization: you adjust schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.

- You ensure that a good working environment is maintained.

Customer relations:

- In an on-site context, you ensure customer satisfaction.

- You manage the daily interface with him.

Quality, Safety and Environment:

- You ensure that the site complies with absolute security requirements.

The site's opening hours are as follows: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (your presence is not required daily until 10:30 PM).

Your assets

Your profile:

- Previous experience in distribution in a site supervision or team management role,

- Minimum two- or three-year college degree or higher in management, logistics, business, administration, or a related field,

- Experience in participating in or managing continuous improvement/operational performance projects is desirable.

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to manage and motivate teams,

- Proficiency in the IT tools needed to manage site operations,

- Versatility, sense of responsibility and results orientation,

- Team spirit, active listening and ability to take initiative
