Job offer: Site Manager M/F Permanent contract Ain (01)

Reporting to the Multi-Site Director, we are looking for a Site Manager for our on-site loading and unloading logistics operations for one of our clients in the electrical equipment distribution sector.

Your missions will be as follows:

Site management and oversight:

You manage and lead the site: sizing teams (recruitment, etc.),

- You record weekly attendance and transmit it to the regional agency based in Chassieu,

You collaborate with your agency to manage contracts, amendments, bonuses, and overtime, by transmitting the necessary information to administrative services for payroll and invoicing.

- You monitor the site's KPIs to ensure efficient management and implement corrective actions if necessary.

You ensure the achievement of key performance indicators and the improvement of customer service,

- You participate in continuous improvement and operational performance projects led by the Operational Performance Manager

Management / Operations :

- You manage a team of approximately 30 employees,

- You are present on-site to ensure that logistical operations proceed on schedule and meet established quality and cost requirements,

- You optimize team organization by adjusting schedules to ensure maximum efficiency,

- You strive to maintain a positive social environment.

Customer relations:

- In an on-site context, ensure client satisfaction

You manage the daily interface with it.

Quality, Safety and Environment:

- You ensure that the site adheres to all absolute safety requirements.

The site's opening hours are as follows: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (your presence is not required daily until 10:30 PM).

Your assets

Your profile:

- Prior experience in distribution in a site supervision or team management role,

- Minimum of a Bac+2/Bac+3 level post-secondary qualification (or higher) in management, logistics, business, administration, or a related field.

- Desired experience in participating in or managing continuous improvement / operational performance projects

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams,

Proficiency in IT tools required for site operations management;

Versatility, a strong sense of responsibility, and results-oriented approach;

Team spirit, active listening, and ability to take initiative;

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
