Facility Management Site Manager (F/H)

Position based in BORDEAUX
Reporting to the Contract/Region Manager, you will be in charge of organizing, coordinating and supervising interventions and services (multi-service and multi-technical) at our customer's various sites within a defined geographical area.
You will ensure that quality, safety and environmental standards are properly applied, as well as operational imperatives, with the aim of satisfying our customer.
WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE?
Plan, implement and manage the full range of contract services in accordance with SLA requirements;
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining service levels and achieving contract objectives (KPIs);
Manage and track customer service tickets;
Ensure and manage customer relations by promoting improvement, optimization and contract development;
Manage direct operational teams (cleaning and maintenance) and oversee subcontractors (reception, specialized maintenance, etc.) who provide FM (Facility Management) services on the various sites in compliance with safety regulations;
Carry out regular quality controls and monitoring of procedures by site teams;
Be responsible for the financial performance of the area and for administrative follow-up: requests for quotes, creation of purchase orders, invoicing follow-up;
Implement and lead the environmental, health and safety (EHS) policy: draw up prevention plans, carry out operational controls, report accidents and incidents, carry out cause analyses, ensure that all teams are trained, and ensure that equipment is maintained and used in compliance with safety rules;
With a higher education background, you have significant experience as an FM Site Manager (multiservice and ideally multi-technical, if possible in a multi-site environment);
With excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of customer satisfaction, you are driven by a strong culture of operational excellence;
Being close to the field, we also recognize your rigor, responsiveness and managerial skills;
You have strong communication skills, both written and oral, and are able to synthesize information in a clear, structured way.
