Job Opening: Nuclear Construction Site Team Leader – M/F, Permanent Position, Gard (30)

As part of the expansion of our Decommissioning, Remediation, and Waste Treatment operations at our Chusclan office, we are seeking a Site Team Leader (m/f).

Under the supervision of a site manager or a field supervisor, you will oversee the work of your team of operators (approximately 2 to 5 people).

Your main tasks will be :

· Organize tasks by anticipating the necessary human and material resources in collaboration with your supervisors;

· To integrate and mentor less experienced operators to help them develop their skills;

· Ensure that the tasks assigned to you are carried out properly while managing your team;

· You will also ensure compliance with safety, radiation protection, and security regulations, as well as quality requirements;

· You will organize the worksite and provide instructions to the workers under your supervision;

· You must report any discrepancies or unusual situations to your supervisor.

Your assets

You have significant experience working on decommissioning sites.

Some experience in team management would be a plus.

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
