Job Opening: Rotating Front Desk Agent (M/F) – Permanent Position

Based at the Onet Accueil office in Saint Martin du Vivier, and as part of our efforts to expand our teams, we are looking for a dynamic, versatile Flight Attendant with an excellent sense of customer service.

As a true ambassador for our group, you will work at various locations to cover for regular staff and ensure that our customers and visitors continue to receive a warm welcome.

Main tasks:

- Greet visitors in person and answer the phone.

- Provide professional guidance and information to clients.

- Manage access badges and visitor logs.

- Perform various administrative tasks (mail, managing meeting rooms, making reservations, etc.).

- Ensure that the company presents a positive image to visitors.

- Replace the regular hosts at various locations as needed.

- Management of entry and exit at the sites

- Email management

Profile required

- Good command of English

- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills

- Commitment to service and hospitality

- Diligence, punctuality, and discretion

- Ability to adapt to different work environments

- Proficiency in office software

- Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred

- Class B driver's license

Conditions:

Type of contract: CDI

Working hours: Full time

Location: Work carried out at multiple sites: Rouen and its metropolitan area, as well as more broadly in the 76, 27 (Eure), and on the border of the 80

Availability: Your schedule may change depending on needs, and working hours may vary between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM

Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays)

Benefits: company car, company health insurance, Employee Representative Committee (CSE), and a shift bonus of €130

Your assets

You are rigorous and have a proven sense of service. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.

You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience in a similar position would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
