Job offer Operational Excellence Manager F/H CDI Val d'Oise (95)

Reporting to the Director of Performance & Data, the Operational Excellence Manager pilots, coordinates and ensures the effectiveness of operational action plans launched at all sites in France, with the aim of securing, building loyalty or developing customer contracts.

In liaison with internal Business Partners (DMS, IT, General Services), he leads and supports the implementation of the fundamentals of KPI's management and performance.

He drives innovation in our processes to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.

As Operational Excellence Manager, you will be in charge of a team of Operational Excellence Engineers and the following associated tasks:

- Define objectives and skills development for each employee in line with the Performance Department's roadmap

- Support DMSs in setting up operational fundamentals for steering and coordinating production results.

- Play a key role in the innovation and transformation of our processes by implementing new, relevant and sustainable solutions on our sites.

- With your team, respond to requests for maintenance and/or development of existing solutions

- Guarantee our proximity to the field (customers and DMS), and follow up on actions undertaken and completed (communicating)

- Participate in the implementation of the Data roadmap launched by the Performance and Data Department

- Organize and adjust the team's presence in the field in line with emergencies and important situations.

- Train your entire team in Lean management (Green Belt)

As part of your job, you will also be responsible for the following tasks:

- Act as the Operational Excellence entry point for Business Partners from other Group BUs

- Participate in key cross-functional bodies at headquarters and in the territories (DMS)

- Define, structure and organize the monitoring and sharing of files within its scope under the INTRANET space, Operational Excellence section.

- Implement sales strategy at regional level via a sales action plan

- Ensure local business development, in collaboration with internal teams (BE, KAM, developer)

- Oversee renewals within its scope, quote customer estimates in accordance with the BU's pricing policy as delegated.

- Participate in responses to calls for tender in collaboration with the design office and sales teams.

- Manage day-to-day customer relations and identify current and future needs

Your assets

You have proven experience in managing logistics operations, processes and methods.

You are customer-oriented and results-driven.

You are familiar with lean management and have at least Green Belt certification.

You are recognized for your leadership and autonomy.

As part of your duties, you will be required to travel regularly within France.

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
