As Training Manager at Onet Logistique, you will be in charge of the strategy and implementation of training programs to support employee skills development, by establishing a solid skills development plan. You will work closely with the Human Resources Director to align training needs with the company's strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, your main tasks will be :
◌ Training strategy development: Develop and implement training strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and employee needs.
◌ Training program management: design, plan and coordinate training programs, ensuring that they match the skills required for each position.
◌ Drawing up a skills development plan: Designing and structuring a skills development plan to support employees' growth in expertise and promote their professional advancement within the company.
◌ C entralization of training processes: coordinate the centralization of processes related to training management, including planning, administrative follow-up and coordination with the various departments.
◌ S electing training organizations: Identify, evaluate and select the training providers best suited to the company's needs, and guarantee the quality and relevance of the training offered.
◌ Monitoring and issuing certifications: Establish the monitoring of procedures linked to certifications, guarantee the compliance of training courses with the requirements of certifying bodies and manage the issuing of certificates to employees.
◌ Sc hool relations: develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with schools and universities, in order to create a talent pool, foster the integration of young graduates and promote the company's image among future generations of professionals.
◌ Training monitoring and evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided, gather feedback from participants and suggest improvements to optimize programs.
◌ Training budget management: Monitor the budget allocated to training, ensuring rigorous management of expenditure and optimizing costs.
◌ Manager coaching: Advising managers on their teams' training needs and helping them identify development opportunities.
◌ Reporting and analysis: prepare regular reports on training activities, analyze key indicators and propose corrective actions if necessary.
Training: 3/5 years' higher education in human resources, management or a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a logistics or industrial environment.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate program results.
Organizational skills: Excellent command of office automation tools and training management software.
Qualities: Results-oriented, rigorous and organized, good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, proactive, innovative.
