Reporting to the Human Resources Director at Onet Logistique & Production, you will be responsible for ensuring that HR practices comply with legal requirements and that there is a good working environment within the context of a recently restructured organization.
HR legal advice
- Provide daily legal support to the five HR managers and operational staff (multi-site directors, site managers, etc.) on all matters relating to individual and collective labor law,
- Secure disciplinary procedures, contract terminations, and labor court disputes in conjunction with partner lawyers,
- Contribute to the drafting, updating, and distribution of reference documents (contracts, collective agreements, charters, etc.),
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects,
- Monitor legal developments and analyze their impact in order to anticipate necessary changes.
Social relations
- Lead social dialogue at the national and local levels (prepare and facilitate CSE meetings, NAO, specific committees, etc.),
- Monitoring social issues and supporting HR teams in the application of legal obligations,
- Developing and implementing social strategy in conjunction with the Group's Social Relations Department,
- Preventing and managing collective or individual conflict situations in conjunction with site managers,
- Monitoring and securing procedures related to employee representative bodies,
You will work closely with Onet Group support functions (Group Labor Relations, Legal, Payroll, Training, etc.) to ensure consistent and secure practices within the logistics subsidiary.
You have been working in Human Resources for several years and have a good understanding of labor law and social relations.
You are recognized for your teaching skills and ability to synthesize information, to ensure best practices, support teams, and translate legal requirements into operational actions.
You demonstrate rigor, analytical skills, and vision, combined with a strategic partnership approach to HR.
You have strong interpersonal skills, are available, and are curious, which will enable you to quickly integrate and grasp the scope of the position and the environment.
Your independence, practical approach, and attention to detail (organization, prioritization) will be key assets for success in your role.
You have the ability to network with a variety of contacts: HR teams in the field, operational departments, employee representatives, lawyers, and Group support functions.
Occasional travel within France is to be expected.
