Reporting to Onet Logistique's Human Resources Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the legal compliance of HR practices and for maintaining a good social climate in a context of structuring a recent organization.
HR legal advice
- Provide day-to-day legal support to HRMs and operational staff on all issues relating to individual and collective employment law,
- Secure disciplinary procedures, contract terminations and industrial tribunal disputes in conjunction with partner lawyers,

- Participate in cross-functional HR projects
- Monitor legal developments and analyze their impact in order to anticipate necessary changes.
Social relations
- Manage social dialogue at national and local level (prepare and lead CSE meetings, NAO, specific commissions, etc.),
- Monitor social issues and support HR teams in applying legal obligations,
- Develop and implement social strategy in conjunction with the Group's Social Relations Department,
- Prevent and manage collective or individual conflict situations in conjunction with site managers,
- Monitor and secure procedures relating to employee representative bodies,
You will work closely with Onet Group support functions (Group Labor Relations, Legal, Payroll, Training, etc.) to ensure consistent and secure practices within the logistics subsidiary.
- Good command of labor law/social relations
- Proven experience of social dialogue, negotiating with IRPs and managing high-stakes HR projects,
- A flair for teaching and summarizing, to secure practices, support teams and translate the law into operational actions,
- Rigor, analytical skills and a high level of vision, combined with the ability to act as a strategic partner to the HR department,
- Relational intelligence, availability, curiosity and common sense will enable you to integrate quickly and take on the dimensions of the position and the environment.
- Autonomy, temperament, field orientation and rigor (organization, priority management) will be assets in your mission.
- Ability to network with a variety of contacts: HR teams in the field, operational management, employee representatives, lawyers, Group support functions, etc.
