As Payroll Manager at Onet Logistics & Production, you will be responsible for the payroll management process and administrative management of staff, as well as its optimization.
You will supervise a Payroll Coordinator and a Payroll Manager, while also acting as a technical advisor to the administrative teams.
Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, you will also participate in projects to improve HR and payroll management systems.
Your main tasks will be :
- Advice and support: Providing expert support to HR, managers, social partners, and employees; answering questions related to payroll, social security contributions, absences, leave, etc.; participating in the development of agreements, internal procedures, and memos.
- Internal control and reporting: Implement and monitor internal procedures and controls to secure payroll, prepare HR reports (payroll, workforce monitoring, social indicators, etc.), participate in internal and external audits.
- Payroll team management: Supervise, support, and develop the skills of payroll managers; organize and prioritize the department's activities according to deadlines; lead team meetings.
- Supervision of the payroll process: Integrate changes resulting from social monitoring into payroll settings and internal practices, ensure the proper application of the company's collective bargaining agreement (e.g., transportation, logistics, metallurgy) and company agreements (bonuses, surcharges, working hours, on-call duty, classifications, etc.).
- Communication with institutions: Manage relations with pension organizations, the CPAM (French social security), and other social and administrative institutions.
- Collaboration with the Group: Act as the point of contact for the Group's HRIS for requests for changes to the payroll software.
- Legal and social monitoring: Monitor and constantly update knowledge of social legislation in order to anticipate and integrate regulatory changes into the payroll process. Ensure the proper application of working time modulation and management agreements in payroll in line with the Operations Department.
-Reporting and indicators: Analyze agency payroll and propose study reports to the Management Controller, incorporating a continuous improvement approach. Draft various documents related to payroll and ensure the smooth flow of information within the department.
You have a two- or three-year college degree in management, accounting, or human resources with a specialization in payroll.
You have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in payroll management, with initial managerial experience.
You are proficient in payroll software, GTA, and office tools (Excel, HRIS). Proficiency in HR Access is a plus.
You are known for your thoroughness, independence, ability to manage priorities, attention to detail, leadership, organizational skills, good communication, and proactivity.
This position is subject to administrative investigation.
