As Site Manager for hospital cleaning, you will oversee all cleaning and multiservice operations at Le Mans Hospital.
Reporting to the Agency Director, you are the operational point of contact for the site, responsible for ensuring the quality of services, compliance with hospital hygiene requirements, customer satisfaction, and the economic performance of the contract.
Field-based position requiring a strong operational presence (working hours may vary between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. depending on site requirements).
Your missions are as follows:
Technology:
- Organize and manage the hospital site: teams, schedules, equipment, products, and methods.
- Deploy and enforce hospital cleanliness protocols (high-risk areas, sensitive areas, inpatient departments).
- Implement the health practices reference framework (procedures, operating procedures, work instructions), in conjunction with the health expert.
- Ensure activity reporting, analyze site data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Be proactive in proposing technical, organizational, and financial improvements to the service.
Management and human resources:
- Supervise, lead, and support hospital cleaning teams (team leaders, agents).
- Plan work, organize checks, and adjust resources according to hospital activity.
- Participate in the recruitment, integration, and skills development of employees.
- Adapt the organization to employee profiles (language, physical demands, sector constraints).
- Prevent and manage sensitive situations, maintain a peaceful social climate.
Customer relations and the hospital environment:
- Work in close partnership with healthcare managers and technical, logistics, and financial departments.
- Managing a demanding client in a regulated and sensitive environment.
- Handle complaints, oversee action plans, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Develop additional services (quotes for exceptional work).
Financial management:
- Monitor the site's cost accounting and analyze ratios.
- Analyze and summarize site reports with the Agency Director.
- Implement and monitor profitability action plans.
Health, safety, and compliance:
- Participate in the development and monitoring of prevention plans.
- Ensure strict compliance with hospital hygiene, safety, and authorization rules.
- Ensure that field practices comply with specifications and health requirements.
