As QSE Manager, you will lead the company's quality, safety and environment policy and organize its implementation in line with the strategy defined by regional management.

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for :

HQSE :

- Implementation and monitoring of QSE policies

- Coordinate the Quality, Safety, Environment policy defined with the Agency Director

- Monitoring of agency performance indicators,

- Assisting site supervision teams with QSE matters.

- Update reporting and Quality documents.

Audit and control :

- Monitor periodic equipment inspections,

- Ensure compliance with prevention plans, safety instructions, procedures, and operating methods.

- Monitor and update site accreditations and access rights, implement and/or oversee the establishment's various certifications (MASE, NF, ISAO, etc.),

- Conduct audits,

- Organize information and awareness campaigns for employees on risks and propose areas for improvement.

Your assets

We're looking for a committed person with good interpersonal skills and experience in the cleaning sector. You'll be able to position yourself and put your ideas across in an educational way. You will also be able to demonstrate rigor, autonomy and responsiveness.

Diploma required: BAC+3

At least 2 years' experience in a similar position and good knowledge of the industrial sector

B driving license required

The job requires a good command of computers and office software.
