Your mission

Reporting to the BU's Human Resources Director, and working closely with the Group's Recruitment and Mobility Department, you will participate in the development of the Group's internal (transfers, promotions) and external (new hires) recruitment policies, in line with strategic development priorities. In this capacity ;

- You will be in charge of recruiting executive profiles within your scope: defining needs, interfacing with managers, sourcing strategy, candidate selection and decision support.

- You coordinate and coordinate regional HR/recruitment relays for the recruitment of supervisors and workers: definition of kpi, skills upgrading, follow-up, etc.

- You steer, manage and monitor seasonal and/or event recruitment campaigns.

- You identify future recruitment needs and proactively find and develop talent pools.

- You will lead actions to promote diversity and inclusion in line with the Group's strategy.

- You are responsible for the integration and monitoring of new recruits.

- You define, develop and manage school partnerships in line with business needs.

- You manage work-study and internship campaigns (launch, recruitment, indicators, etc.).

- You ensure compliance with procedures and process improvements: tools, innovation, AI, etc.

- You evaluate and monitor the budget in line with the BU's needs and objectives, in liaison with the Group's Recruitment and Mobility Department.

- As a true business partner, you support and participate in the development of calls for tender.

- Working closely with the Group's recruitment and communications departments, you will contribute to the development of the employer brand to make the company attractive to potential candidates, and represent the BU at recruitment-related events such as job fairs, forums and school relations.

- You participate in cross-functional projects: HRIS, reorganization, reclassification, quality, deployment of a new monitoring tool, etc.

- You train and support operational managers in their recruitment activities.

- You report regularly on your activity.

Your assets

You have a Master's degree (Bac +5) in HR, business school, work psychology, economics and social sciences, IEP or equivalent.

You have at least five years' experience in recruitment within a corporate HR department or a recruitment agency.

Experience in recruitment in the service sector, ideally in security and hospitality, but also in HR projects (process development, school relations, etc.) is required.

You are familiar with various interview and sourcing tools and techniques (face-to-face, group, directive, semi-directive, telephone, video calls, job boards, social networks, etc.), as well as ATS application management tools (ideally TalentSoft) and computer databases.

You have a good command of social legislation and case law: respect for personal data, the principle of non-discrimination, competition in HR practices and documents.

You have excellent interpersonal skills. You're a good listener and a good communicator. You are rigorous, organized and autonomous. You have a sense of service and ethics. You are responsive and available, and you have an analytical and synthesizing mind, as well as excellent writing skills.
