Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be one of the guarantors of the customer's contract, organizing, coordinating and supervising technical interventions and services in accordance with quality, safety and environmental standards and operating requirements, with the aim of satisfying the customer.
Your key responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and manage all technical services in accordance with contractual requirements and current quality standards
- Guarantee compliance with service levels and the achievement of contractual objectives (KPIs)
- Manage relations with subcontractors and monitor external service providers
- Apply and control risk management procedures
- Participate in the site's financial monitoring.
Health, Safety & Environment :
- Implement and enforce the Health & Safety policy
- Deploy and lead the site's environmental and citizenship policy
- Implement a governance plan and regularly monitor performance and customer satisfaction
Continuous improvement & contract management :
- Contribute to contract development and act as technical advisor to the customer
Management & Human Resources :
- Organize, coordinate and mobilize internal and external teams
- Lead team life: briefings, meetings, evaluations, training sessions
With a higher education background (technical, management, or equivalent), you have solid experience in managing multi-service or multi-technical sites, ideally in a demanding environment.
Skills and know-how :
- Excellent command of operational management and contractual follow-up
- Knowledge of risk management procedures and H&S policies
- Ability to manage service providers and maintain a lasting partnership
- Comfortable managing the finances of a site
- Good analytical skills and ability to use performance indicators
- Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
