Offer description

Your mission

 

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will help ensure compliance with the client contract by organizing, coordinating, and supervising technical work and services in accordance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, as well as operational requirements, with the goal of satisfying the client. 

Your key responsibilities:

- Plan, implement, and oversee all technical services in accordance with contractual requirements and applicable quality standards

- Ensure compliance with service levels and the achievement of contractual objectives (KPIs)

- Manage relationships with subcontractors and monitor external service providers

- Apply and master risk management procedures

- Assist with the financial oversight of the site

Health, Safety & Environment:

- Implement and enforce the Health & Safety policy 

- Implement and promote the site's environmental and social responsibility policy

- Implement a governance plan and regularly monitor performance and customer satisfaction

Continuous Improvement & Contract Management:

- Contribute to the development of the contract and provide technical advice to the client

Management & Human Resources:

- Organize, coordinate, and mobilize internal and external teams

- Foster team dynamics: briefings, meetings, evaluations, training sessions

Your assets

With a degree in engineering or an equivalent advanced technical degree, you have solid experience managing multi-service or multi-technical sites, ideally in a demanding environment.

Skills and expertise:

- Excellent proficiency in operational management and contract oversight

- Knowledge of risk management procedures and H&S policies

- Ability to manage service providers and maintain a long-term partnership

- Proficiency in the financial management of a site

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance metrics

- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams

Personal qualities :

- Natural leadership, organizational skills, and a sense of initiative

- A knack for fieldwork and a commitment to customer service

- Ability to bring teams together, motivate them, and support them

- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- A commitment to continuous improvement and providing guidance

Languages:

Proficiency in business English is required
