Your mission

 

Reporting to the Innovation and Operational Excellence Department, the Digital Manager is responsible for defining, steering, and deploying the Business Unit's digital strategy.
He/she supports the digital transformation of all BU processes, manages a portfolio of cross-functional projects in close collaboration with the business departments, ONET Group headquarters, and external partners, and may be directly responsible for managing certain strategic contracts.

 

Digital trajectory management:

  • Analyze, understand, and gather the company's digital transformation needs.
  • Define strategic directions and contribute to the drafting of digital master plans
  • Develop the digital strategy in collaboration with the BU's Executive Management, business departments, IT department, and Group DAMO.
  • Plan digital projects over a multi-year period and develop the associated budgetary planning.
  • Ensure the deployment, management, and monitoring of the BU's digital strategy.
  • Organize and lead steering committees (COPIL) and ensure progress reporting
  • Arbitrate the allocation of resources and means between projects
  • Implement the quality approach on projects under responsibility
  • Establish and monitor performance and progress indicators
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of projects
  • Managing negotiations and contracts with service providers
  • Management and control of digital projects
  • Develop the basis for specifications with sponsors and business lines
  • Ensure consistency between requirements and existing functional and technical capabilities.
  • Verify that projects are aligned with the digital strategy
  • Quantify the project portfolio
  • Define objectives for costs, deadlines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Determine human and technical resources, including subcontracting
  • Implement agile project management methods (Agile/Scrum)
  • Manage calls for tenders, analyze proposals, and select service providers
  • Supervise the testing and acceptance phases prior to production
  • Organize application upgrades and maintenance
  • Participate in decisions regarding IT architectures and infrastructure
  • Ensure continuous technology monitoring in order to anticipate developments and propose innovative solutions.

Job conditions

Location: position based in Roissy-en-France

Working method: in person

Salary: €63K to €65K

Advantages: service vehicle

Travel: regular travel to be expected (France, occasionally Group)
