Reporting to the Sales and Commercial Performance Manager, the future intern will work closely with the operational and sales teams, playing a key role in structuring our sales and marketing activities, ensuring the quality of CRM (Sugar) data, and developing targeted sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Sales administration and data structuring
- Ensure the reliability of customer, prospect, and project data in Sugar CRM.
- Standardize agency codes, sectors, affiliations, and contractual information.
- Update sales databases: contacts, volumes, history, service areas.
- Contribute to the analysis and monitoring of the region's sales portfolios.
- Support the sales team in the administrative preparation of bids.
Commercial targeting & Structured prospecting
- Build qualified prospecting lists from our internal and external databases.
- Identify relevant prospects according to targeted sectors (industry, aeronautics, mobility, etc.).
- Qualify companies: size, challenges, locations, logistics maturity.
- Prepare targeted campaigns (phone calls, emails, LinkedIn).
CRM – Management, enrichment & coordination
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the CRM (quality, completeness, standardization).
- Support sales representatives in the use of the CRM (support, best practices).
Market analysis & competitive intelligence:
- Conduct targeted research on regional industrial players.
- Identify market movements: new locations, projects, useful information for prospecting.
- Monitor competing offers and trends in on-site logistics services.
Contribution to sales activities:
- Support the development of sales pitches and presentations.
- Assist in the drafting and formatting of sales proposals.
- Contribute to the preparation of customer events or trade shows.
- Participate in customer or prospect visits with sales representatives on an ad hoc basis.
Reporting & continuous improvement:
- Regularly report on the progress of targeting, CRM updates, and actions taken.
- Be proactive in proposing improvements to ADV/CRM tools, methods, and processes.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, business development, B2B marketing, management, or data applied to commercial functions.
Desired experience: Initial experience in sales administration, CRM, or sales support is a plus.
Technical skills :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Appetite for CRM tools (Sugar)
- Ability to analyze, structure, and ensure the reliability of data
