Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to obtain their degrees while training them in our professions.
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, your main responsibilities will be:
◌ Training: you will assist the HR department with the administrative and logistical management of training activities.
Organization of training sessions
Management of schedules, invitations, sessions.
Room reservations and logistical coordination (reception, equipment, technical requirements)
Tracking registrations and optimizing session occupancy rates
Setting up and updating tracking tables (training KPIs, participation rates, monitoring).
◌ HR communications: In a second phase, you will be involved in creating and distributing communications materials.
Creation and updating of business mailing lists with associated services.
Dissemination of HR information to site managers, team leaders, and employees (HR news, PPE campaigns, mandatory communications, news flashes, etc.).
Creation of materials: PowerPoint presentations, posters, visuals, etc.
Management of internal communication channels (Teams, internal social network, intranet, etc.).
Production of photos and short videos to promote HR and training initiatives.
◌ HR projects: Finally, you will contribute to various emerging HR projects within the company.
Active contribution to BU development projects
Possibility of expanding responsibilities depending on HR projects
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources management or business management.
Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and office software (Teams, Outlook, etc.). Computer graphics and video editing skills desirable
