Your mission

 

We are looking for a sales intern to join the sales department at Onet Logistique & Production, with a clear goal in mind:

Reporting to the Senior Business Developer, the intern will be assigned to a regional office, working closely with the field and clients, to learn the business and contribute directly to the development of the region's commercial portfolio.

 

The intern will benefit from:

  1. structured support and regular follow-up,
  2. an in-depth look at our industrial operations,
  3. and real business responsibility from the very first weeks.


 

🚀 Your main responsibilities:

 

Mapping and characterization of regional targets:

  • Identify and map the key players in your region (industrial and logistics sectors).
  • Qualify prospects (industry, potential needs, organization, key contacts).
  • Update and organize a sales database.

 

Identifying opportunities and making contact:

  • Identify business opportunities based on your market monitoring and prospecting efforts.
  • Reach out to potential clients (via phone calls, emails, and professional networks).
  • Help with prospecting for new clients and opening accounts.

 

Market monitoring and requests for proposals:

  • Actively monitor the region's logistics and industrial market.
  • Identify relevant requests for proposals and business development opportunities.
  • Analyze the competition and report back on field observations.

 

Support for preparing for meetings and presentations:

  • Help prepare for client meetings (gathering information, developing sales pitches).
  • Help develop sales proposals.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations (materials, content, formatting).

 

 

Business development and sales:

  • Actively participate in field and remote prospecting activities.
  • Help grow the agency's client portfolio.
  • Take the initiative to improve sales efforts.

 

Reporting & Monitoring:

  • Track and report on your activities (prospecting, identified opportunities).
  • Update the sales tracking tools.
  • Suggest areas for improvement in the development process.

 

 

Your assets

👤 Your profile

 

Education: Master’s degree (5 years of higher education), with a specialization in commerce, business development, B2B marketing, or from a business school.

Experience: Internship as part of a sales training program, ideally in a logistics or industrial setting.

Technical skills: Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques, Microsoft Office.

Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate.

Qualities: Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, tenacity, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, innovative thinking, and proactivity.

 

 

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
