Job Opening: Internship – Sustainable Building and Energy Efficiency Engineer (M/F)

With offices in Paris, Bordeaux, and Marseille, Sinteo helps its clients optimize building performance and comfort, from design through to operation.

Based in our Paris offices (9th arrondissement), you will work on a variety of projects with the Operations team.

Your role will involve:

Optimizing the performance of commercial buildings: energy and carbon audits, building management system audits, climate risk assessments, ESG evaluations, etc.
Conduct energy monitoring initiatives across building portfolios (Energy management)
Implement certification processes for building operations (HQE Exploitation, BREEAM In-Use),
Help foster, within the organization, a culture of knowledge and forward-thinking (strategic and regulatory monitoring, technological innovations, international expansion, etc.);

Your assets

Above all, we are looking for a motivated individual who will thrive and take an active role in their assignments.

You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly the advanced features of Excel.
