Job Opening: INTERNSHIP – Environmental Project Management (M/F) Internship 29 Rue Saint Lazare 75009 Paris

Sinteo, a rapidly growing engineering and consulting firm specializing in sustainable real estate, is seeking future talent. We advocate for simplified, resilient buildings that are carbon-neutral and energy-neutral.

Your responsibilities:

You will work on a variety of projects with the Environmental Project Management team:

· Provide advice and optimize the environmentally sustainable construction and renovation of buildings (RE 2020, low-carbon, reuse, dynamic thermal simulation, occupant comfort),

· Conduct studies related to a building’s environmental and energy performance: Heliodon, dynamic energy and thermal simulation, natural lighting, life cycle analysis, etc.

· Monitor the implementation phase to ensure environmental performance upon delivery,

· Assist the project owner and the project management team in obtaining environmental certifications (HQE, NF Habitat, BREEAM, etc.)

· Help develop our expertise, contribute your ideas, and help expand our knowledge.

This internship will give you the opportunity to:

· Learn about the role of environmental project management in construction and renovation projects;

· Understand how to design high-performance, low-carbon, and comfortable buildings;

· Participate in environmental simulations and analyses (energy, carbon, natural lighting, comfort, etc.)

· Become familiar with environmental standards and certifications (RE2020, HQE, BREEAM, NF Habitat, etc.)

· Collaborate on a daily basis with architects, engineering firms, and project owners on specific projects;

· Develop your analytical skills, coordination abilities, and teamwork skills in a stimulating and supportive environment.

Terms and Conditions:

· Bonus: 1,200 € gross per month
