As part of the development and reorganization of our Purchasing department, we are hiring a Services/Subcontracting Buyer (M/F).

As part of the purchasing department of the Onet Security business unit, you will be responsible for a purchasing portfolio focused on services, subcontracting, and components needed to manufacture our electronic security solutions.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Define and implement the procurement strategy within your scope
Conduct sourcing, select suppliers, and manage the bidding process
Negotiate commercial and contractual terms
Monitor supplier performance (costs, quality, lead times)
Optimize and streamline the supplier base
Secure the resources and skills needed to grow the business
Support operational teams in implementing best practices in procurement
Identify and implement strategies for optimization and continuous improvement

Your assets

You hold a master’s degree (Bac+5) in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in technical procurement, ideally in an industrial, technical, or project management-oriented environment.

You have a thorough understanding of the entire procurement process: sourcing, requests for proposals, negotiation, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy cross-functional work and are able to interact with a variety of people, both in operational and technical roles.
