The role of the Multitechnics Sales Technician is to develop the FMT business by following up customer accounts and closing new business, developing a portfolio through solid relationships with target prospects, by
Your main tasks are :
- Develop our customer portfolio
- Develop a network of prescribers in your area
- Draw up, implement and update the sales action plan
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement ways to make our sales approach more relevant to customer needs and the B2B market.
- Manage the implementation of the sales offer and conduct negotiations based on a pre-defined sales potential.
- Prospecting, responding to calls for tender, negotiating and monitoring the contractualization of key accounts
- Anticipating and monitoring the market and the competition
- Mastering the decision-making processes of prospects
- Supporting operational staff right up to the first customer invoice.
You have solid experience in the B2B sector, particularly in complex sales, as well as proven expertise in the multi-technical services sector.
You have an established network of decision-makers and principals, enabling you to develop strategic relationships. You have mastered negotiation techniques and are used to prospecting,
selling and managing responses to calls for tender.
You have demonstrated your ability to discuss and negotiate with the management teams of major principals.
Your ability to understand and interpret an operating account is essential to the success of your assignments. In addition, a good general knowledge and excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are expected.
On a technical level, you're comfortable with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, and you're fully conversant with Pack Office.
Professional English is essential for working in an international environment. As far as your training is concerned, you are a graduate of a business or engineering school, or hold a master's degree in sales and marketing, which enables you to understand the complex challenges of the sector.
