as Human Resources Manager
Social and Legal
- I guarantee and monitor the application of legal and regulatory obligations
- I follow disciplinary procedures and labor disputes
GPEC
- Steering GPEC initiatives, monitoring and analyzing interview campaigns, career committees and internal transfers
- Manage the training and work-study policy for my area, and ensure compliance with diversity commitments.
Recruitment
- Manage the ETAM recruitment process,
- Manage executive recruitment in conjunction with the Group Recruitment Department
