The human resources manager plays a central role in personnel management within the company, ensuring the smooth running of processes linked to human resources and recruitment management. This job involves managing organizational issues, overseeing the development of employee skills, ensuring compliance with employment law and maintaining . The HR Manager works closely with the Human Resources Director to implement HR strategy, manage recruitment processes, and meet employee training expectations. My duties and responsibilities
as human resources manager

Social and Legal

  • I guarantee and monitor the application of legal and regulatory obligations
  • I follow disciplinary procedures and labor disputes

GPEC

  • Steering GPEC initiatives, monitoring and analyzing interview campaigns, career committees and internal transfers
  • Manage the training and work-study policy for my area, and ensure compliance with diversity commitments.

Recruitment

  • Manage the ETAM recruitment process,
  • Manage executive recruitment in conjunction with the Group Recruitment Department

HR Indicators

  • Monitor Human Resources indicators,
  • Ensure regular reporting to my area manager and the Human Resources Department

Management

  • Direct supervision of a team
  • Functional management of site employees
