  • Draft and negotiate all types of contracts

Advice and assistance for operational teams

  • Assist operational and sales teams in preparing responses to calls for tender, executing contracts and managing contract amendments
  • Advise on and draw up commercial contracts for the Group's various activities
  • Pre-litigation advice and litigation follow-up

Compliance and corporate

  • Participate in the development of procedures
  • Provide support on corporate and compliance issues
