Contract management
- Analyze contracts before they are signed
- Draft and negotiate all types of contracts
Advice and assistance for operational teams
- Assist operational and sales teams in preparing responses to calls for tender, executing contracts and managing contract amendments
- Advise on and draw up commercial contracts for the Group's various activities
- Pre-litigation advice and litigation follow-up
Compliance and corporate
- Participate in the development of procedures
- Provide support on corporate and compliance issues
