Onet is recruiting for its South-East Cleaning Regional Division a :
Work-study Customer Service Assistant F/H
Your missions are as follows:
Centralize customer management
Create dashboards, monitor and analyze indicators (Excel)
Create administrative processes, update them and distribute them to the network
Prepare presentation materials for monthly meetings
Management tools:
BBL: a customer area dedicated to managing services, as well as a document center for exchanging documents.
QA: quality controls, inspection reports, intervention reports, work orders
JUSTIME: control and monitoring of absences
DRIVE: document sharing and updating
Create, feed and update tracking files (Excel)
Harmonize management and control tools
The objectives are as follows:
- Centralize customer management
- Facilitate communication with customers and increase efficiency
- A single point of entry, personalized mailboxes, a privileged and responsive contact person
- Optimal handling of requests and complaints
- Better traceability of customer requests
- Alert to recurring difficulties and customer dissatisfaction
- Relieve Key Account Managers and enable them to develop their business
- Harmonize management and steering tools
- Guarantee process compliance and uniformity
- Centralized reporting
Your profile:
You have a very good knowledge of Excel.
You are rigorous, autonomous, responsive and have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
