In line with the strategy defined by the sales department, the Sales Representative oversees the implementation of operational sales activities: he/she prospects and grows the assigned customer portfolio.
Business Development
o Create and maintain an active database for identifying and tracking prospects
o Establish contact with prospects: cold calling, mailing campaigns, etc.
o Arrange face-to-face meetings with prospects, gather and analyze customer needs; particularly through site visits
o Present and discuss commercial offers with prospects
o Possibly supervise junior canvassing/prospecting teams
Offer management
o Contribute to the preparation of calls for tenders for your area, in collaboration with the Agencies and the Sales Department (account managers)
o Contribute to the preparation of responses to calls for tenders
o Prepare quotes and commercial offers, checking the feasibility of the project
o Check the costing based on rates and prices with the Agency Director
o Present and represent the company and its activities
o Revise the commercial offer in line with the customer's expressed needs
o Conduct site visits and participate, where applicable, in the opening of new sites
o Forward the file and ensure handover to the site operations team
o Prepare estimates for exceptional work
o Follow up with prospects on the tender deadline date
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
o Provide logistical and administrative support to local sales teams

o Participate in the preparation of weekly internal and client reports
