Job Opening: Butler (M/F) – Permanent Position

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will serve as a true ambassador to residents and visitors to the site. More specifically, you will be responsible for our services within the "Meetings and Events" area.

Your main responsibilities include:
- Providing personalized, high-quality, and exceptional hospitality services in meeting and event spaces
- Organizing and overseeing the execution of events: business meetings, breakfasts, and lunches (buffet, plated meals, or cocktail receptions)
- Set up meeting rooms
- Provide support to visitors
- Manage various catering orders and food and beverage supplier requests
- Prepare a daily consumption report
- Understand our clients’ preferences and anticipate their guests’ requests
- Ensure that the floor is always clean, tidy, and organized

Required knowledge:

Significant experience in fine dining
Ability to serve, clear tables, make recommendations, anticipate needs, and resolve issues…
Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
Demonstrate discretion and a sense of confidentiality
Ability to collaborate with other departments: IT, front desk, technical services, housekeeping, security
Responsiveness and the ability to anticipate needs
Impeccable personal presentation
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Teams, etc.)
Strong interpersonal skills with customers and suppliers
Independence, versatility, and a keen eye for detail
HACCP training is a plus

Your assets

With a background in the restaurant and hospitality industry, you have significant experience in a similar role.
You are bilingual in English.
With excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service, you are adaptable, dynamic, and consistently detail-oriented when interacting with customers.
You are also known for your thoroughness and organizational skills.
