Job Opening: Recruitment and Training Coordinator (M/F) – Work-Study Program, Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

We are hiring a work-study HR Recruitment & Training Specialist (M/F) to work on cross-functional projects that combine operational recruitment and training development.

As part of the HR Development & Training team—which consists of three people—and in collaboration with the operational teams, you will play an active role in our HR initiatives.

Your responsibilities

Recruitment

Gather and identify recruitment needs from agencies
Help with the work-study program communication campaign (planning, distribution)
Write and post job listings
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
Conduct telephone pre-screenings (as needed)
Organize and participate in interviews
Track applications and ensure a positive candidate experience
Provide feedback to candidates
Create and maintain talent pools for in-demand occupations
Track offers online
Help improve recruitment tools
Develop partnerships between schools and employers
Attend job fairs and recruitment events

Training

Design and implement training evaluation surveys
Analyze participant feedback
Help gather information on training needs (annual reviews, managers)
Consolidate and organize the needs reported by the regions
Verify the compliance of training records
Identify and list internal trainers
Create and maintain a database of stakeholders
Help build the network of trainers

Your assets

You have at least a bachelor’s degree in HR or an equivalent field, and you’re looking to develop your skills through a variety of assignments in recruitment and training.

You stand out for your interpersonal skills, your commitment to service, and your ability to interact with a wide range of people. You are organized and thorough, and you can handle multiple tasks simultaneously while keeping priorities in mind.

You work independently but also enjoy teamwork and collaboration. Your writing skills enable you to produce clear content tailored to various HR platforms.

You are comfortable with computer tools and can quickly learn to use the tools and software required for the role.
