Your mission

Onet Security Accueil is hiring a Compliance Officer (M/F) for a work-study program, reporting to the Director of Compliance and Expertise.

Your role will be to ensure compliance with regulations governing private security and to provide technical and organizational support to the operations and sales departments.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Regulatory monitoring and analysis of legal developments:

  • Help monitor regulatory developments related to private security and hospitality activities, as well as associated regulations (CNAPS, Prefecture, DGAC, GDPR).
  • Help analyze regulatory changes and their impact on the business unit’s operations.
  • Update internal compliance materials (procedures, information sheets, tracking tables).

 

Administrative authorizations and institutional relations:

  • Support the tracking of administrative authorizations required to conduct business (licenses, permits to practice, professional licenses).
  • Assist in preparing filings with the CNAPS (change in management, legal changes, etc.).
  • Help update databases and regulatory monitoring tools.

 

Outsourcing and Risk Management:

  • Monitor the outsourcing process from a regulatory and administrative perspective.
  • Conduct compliance reviews of subcontractors
  • Approve subcontracting proposals and monitor contract compliance

 

CNAPS audits and management of sensitive cases:

  • Help prepare for CNAPS audits (collecting documents, ensuring files are in compliance).
  • Assist with the administrative follow-up of disciplinary cases under the supervision of the compliance officer.
  • Support the coordination of communications with legal counsel as needed.

      

Support for operational and sales teams:

  • Provide guidance and support in addressing regulatory questions from operational teams.
  • Participate in the regulatory review of commercial proposals and requests for proposals.
  • Help promote best regulatory practices among field teams.

 

GDPR and data protection:

  • Serve as an operational liaison between the Group DPO and the BU teams.
  • Assist in processing requests related to personal data protection
  • Help raise awareness among teams about GDPR issues.

 

 

Your assets

You are currently pursuing at least a Master’s degree in law and risk management and have experience in similar roles (work-study programs or internships) that has allowed you to develop skills in regulatory, legal, administrative, and risk management areas.

 

You are rigorous, adaptable, pragmatic and curious. You're a team player with a proven aptitude for analysis and good interpersonal skills.

 

You have excellent writing skills and a good command of office automation tools.
