Job Opening: Cleaning Team Leader – Logistics Support (M/F) – Fixed-Term Contract

Pay grade: CE1 to CE2 depending on profile, experience, and autonomy

We are hiring a Cleaning Team Leader – Logistics Support (M/F) under a work-study contract leading to a career as a Team Leader, or a 6-month renewable fixed-term contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract.

Your mission

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide support to field teams and oversee equipment, orders, and operational needs.

The team leader role for this position is primarily based on the level of independence expected, the ability to organize one’s work, manage priorities, and serve as a liaison with the operations teams.
Depending on business needs, the role may also involve occasional supervision of 1 to 2 people.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Ensure that equipment is stored and checked at the Onet store;
Prepare orders for equipment and products to be shipped to the sites;
Deliver orders on-site;
Help monitor the vehicle fleet;
Clean and maintain the equipment;
Receive orders and enter them into the tracking system;
Provide support to the operations teams in their search for
continuous improvement solutions;
Test new equipment on-site, in collaboration with the operations teams;
Help organize, monitor, and improve services;
Apply and ensure compliance with current quality, safety, environmental, and security guidelines.

As a hands-on professional, you are known for your reliability, organizational skills, independence, and ability to work as part of a team.

You are comfortable managing equipment, tracking orders, traveling to job sites, and communicating with operational teams.

You are proactive, responsive, and customer-oriented.

Previous experience in the cleaning, industrial, logistics, or on-site management sectors would be a plus.

Essential prerequisites

A Class B driver's license is required, as travel to various sites is expected;
A forklift operator's license (CACES) is required for this position (Onet may cover the cost of CACES training depending on the candidate's profile);
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative follow-up;
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders;
A passion for fieldwork and teamwork.
