Your mission

As part of the Strategic Projects and Transformation Department within the Cleaning & Services Business Unit, you will help define and implement major projects that support the transformation of our operations.

This internship will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the strategic challenges facing a major service company, with direct exposure to senior management and decision-makers within the business unit.

We are looking for an intern who wants to gain challenging experience—combining strategic thinking, change management, and operational leadership—in an environment that offers the diverse range of assignments typical of a consulting firm while allowing you to see projects through to their actual implementation in the field.

Your responsibilities

As part of the Strategic Projects & Transformation Department, you will contribute to high-impact projects for the Business Unit.

In this role, you will be required to:

Analyze and organize strategic issues

  • Conduct research, market analyses, and benchmarking;
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses;
  • Develop strategic recommendations for senior management teams.

Help lead transformation projects

  • Help define the scope of projects and establish roadmaps;
  • Monitor milestones, indicators, and action plans;
  • Coordinate the various stakeholders and ensure that projects move forward.

Produce decision-support materials

  • Prepare analyses and summaries for management;
  • Develop strategic presentations for committees and governance bodies;
  • Document the key lessons learned and recommendations.

Contribute to improving performance

  • Help identify opportunities for simplification and optimization;
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving operational and organizational performance.

Supporting Digital, Data, and AI Transformations

  • Contribute to projects related to CRM, data analytics, and artificial intelligence;
  • Help identify and test new digital applications that create value.

Help implement projects

  • Support the operational rollout of initiatives to the teams;
  • Contribute to change management and the adoption of new practices;
  • Measure the results achieved and propose any necessary adjustments.
Your assets

You are a student in your final year of higher education (Bac+5) and are looking for a high-value-added end-of-studies internship.

Ideally, you have:

  • From a top business school;
  • From an engineering school;
  • From Sciences Po;
  • Or a top-tier university education.

Ideally, you have some successful initial experience in:

  • Tip;
  • Strategy;
  • Transformation;
  • Finance;
  • Project Management.

Desired Skills and Qualities

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and summarization skills;
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for decision-makers;
  • Proficiency with numerical data and expertise in using Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Interest in and enthusiasm for artificial intelligence tools and their applications in business;
  • Independence, attention to detail, curiosity, and a spirit of initiative;
  • Results-oriented and pragmatic;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a variety of people;
  • An interest in topics such as transformation, performance, digitalization, data, and AI;
  • Want to contribute to both strategic planning and operational implementation;
  • Good command of business English.

Why join us?

This internship offers a unique opportunity to:

  • Work on high-profile strategic issues;
  • Work in close contact with management teams;
  • Work on a wide variety of topics and projects;
  • Develop skills comparable to those acquired at a consulting firm;
  • Monitor the actual impact of the recommendations through to their operational implementation;
  • Play an active role in the transformation of a major player in the business services sector.

Join us to help build the solutions of tomorrow and be part of the transformations that are shaping the future of our business.
