Onet Services Propreté et ServicesSanté Metz is hiring a cleaning team leader for our client’s site at the ESPM in Jury.
Open Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
You will actively contribute to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a pleasant environment for users, in accordance with our customers' requirements.
This position, which is essential to the smooth running of our cleaning operations, requires rigor, responsiveness, and a sense of service.
Reporting to the Area Manager, who will supervise you, your responsibilities are as follows:
- Supervises and organizes the work of bio-cleaning agents
- Ensures compliance with hygiene and safety protocols and instructions
- Collaborates with the entire team to ensure the continuity and quality of service delivery.
HACCP training / Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.

Ideally, you have some prior experience in a similar role in the cleaning industry or in team leadership.
