Onet Services Propreté et ServicesSanté Metz is hiring a cleaning team leader for our client’s site at the ESPM in Jury.
Work on Saturdays from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (with a 1-hour break) and on Sundays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (with a 1-hour break)
You will actively contribute to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a pleasant environment for users, in accordance with our customers' requirements.
This position, which is essential to the smooth running of our cleaning operations, requires rigor, responsiveness, and a sense of service.
Reporting to the Area Manager, who will supervise you, your responsibilities are as follows:
- Supervises and organizes the work of the bio-cleaning staff
- Ensures compliance with health and safety protocols and guidelines
- Works with the entire team to ensure the continuity and quality of the service provided.
HACCP training / Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred but not required.
The position offers opportunities for advancement for committed and independent candidates.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar position in the cleaning sector.
