Job Opening: Q3SER Representative (M/F), Permanent Position, Gard (30)

Within our Q3SER department, we are seeking a Q3SER Coordinator for our Chusclan office, which specializes in decommissioning, remediation, waste management, and operations at the CEA Marcoule facility and Orano Melox.

Under the supervision of the Q3SER manager, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

You will participate in PDPs, conduct Q3SE inspections, and perform internal and external audits (for clients, certifications, etc.).
You organize and lead Q3SE orientation sessions, necessary informational sessions, and specialized awareness-raising activities.
You will monitor employee exposure records and verify authorization certificates and operational documents (PMQP, standard operating procedures, PRAM, risk assessments, etc.).
You are also responsible for handling and analyzing accidents, near misses, hazardous situations, accidental exposure to asbestos, and nonconformities or customer dissatisfaction.
You will conduct environmental assessments and site risk analyses, and assist in drafting project-specific assessments.
You ensure that the appropriate level of authorization, training, and medical fitness is maintained, as well as the compliance of equipment and PPE.
You monitor the Q3SE metrics for the scope and implement and manage actions accordingly.
You implement the process for mentoring staff and ensuring they maintain their skills.
As a technical support specialist, you provide assistance to project managers, account managers, and site supervisors within the project scope on Q3SE-related issues.

Your assets

You have a 3- to 5-year degree in Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) with proven experience (at least 5–6 years) in a highly demanding environment (experience in the nuclear industry is preferred).
You are an independent, meticulous person with strong interpersonal skills. You enjoy sharing knowledge, leading teams, and being available to colleagues in order to fully contribute to the success of the projects entrusted to you.
