Offer description

Your mission

As part of the Payroll team within the Administrative and Financial Department, you will be responsible for preparing payroll for several branches and, in addition, handling administrative tasks related to personnel.

As the primary point of contact for the operations teams, you ensure the reliability of time-and-attendance data and variable payroll components by verifying compliance with labor regulations and the provisions of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Road Transport.

 

You play a key role in ensuring the security of the payroll process, from verifying time records to transmitting data to payroll managers.

 

Your tasks :

Payroll Processing (Primary Responsibility)

  • Ensure the collection, entry, and tracking of variable payroll components;
  • Verify the accuracy of time records and enter the data into the payroll software (HR Access);
  • Monitor discrepancies between projected and actual schedules;
  • Analyze and correct discrepancies related to hours worked;
  • Work closely with on-site and office teams to ensure the quality and reliability of the data transmitted

Human Resources

  • Create, review, and update employees' administrative files;
  • File the Pre-Hire Notifications (DPAE);
  • Verify that all required documents are complete before drafting the contracts;
  • Draft employment contracts and amendments;
  • Ensure the administrative onboarding of new employees;
  • Track medical appointments and send appointment notices to employees;
  • Manage employee absences, leave, and other administrative matters;
  • Respond to common employee inquiries regarding their employment contracts and administrative status;
  • Ensure that personnel files are in compliance with regulations and properly archived.
Your assets

You have proven experience in payroll preparation and HR administration;
You are comfortable with time management, attendance tracking, and processing variable payroll components;
You are familiar with labor laws; knowledge of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Road Transport sector would be ideal, and familiarity with the metalworking sector would be a plus;

You are proficient in computer software, particularly Excel and HR Access;

Known for your attention to detail and organizational skills, you enjoy working as part of a team and interacting with operational staff;
You are discreet, reliable, and have a genuine commitment to customer service.
